Steps of Getting Mold Out of the Tent
Step 1: Collect the Necessary gadgets & products
In the first step, you have to collect all the necessary gadgets & products. For the best result, we will recommend you to use Aunt fennie’s distilled vinegar.
Step 2: Use Smooth Brush
In order to remove noticeable mold from the tent, you can try to use a smooth brush. You have to use it smoothly.
Step 3: Use Gloves
Vast vinegar can outcome skin ache. If you use gloves, it will protect your hands against vinegar’s chemical reactions over the skin.

2. Clean With Spray

If you have curtains or flaps in your tent, turn it inside out before it sinks into the tub, so it will be better to clean it. Wet your tent as instructed. After a while, wash the tent with clean water. You need to wash it again and again with soapy water to get better.
Hang it in a shady place. Dry your tent entirely in the sun before storage. You should check to see if water can get into your tent after using any method as some products can damage the fabrics.
4. Ways to Getting Rid of Odors
If you have a severe mold or germ problem in the tent, it can be prolonged again even after a slight odor cleaning. If so, some products will help eliminate the odor.
You can use Revive’x Odor Eliminator or cloth conditioner to remove the odor. First, fill a bowl with cold water and measure with half an ounce of water and leave it for a while. Then sewer the water and let it dry.
Things to Consider When Prevent Mold
## Caution in the Case of Tents
When storing the tent, you need to keep it in a large ventilated bag. A net bag works well in this case, but the tent’s bag is the best. Never leave it wet; always dry it as soon as possible first. Check the waterproofing of your tent regularly to make sure it works properly and repair it if necessary.
## Maintain Quality Standards
Before setting up camp, keep the flap and cloth in an open place to remove moisture from the collection to maintain its quality. After you have finished a trip, clean it by placing it on the floor and dry the tent well before storing it again.
## The Long and Short Trip
If you do light camping, you don’t have to go out very often, and then you have to clean your tent once in six months. And when going on long camping trips, make sure that the tent is not visibly dirty.
